These terms cover the AI Ladder website, the prompt library and our emails. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

AI Ladder and jointheladder.co are run by AI Ladder LLC ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@jointheladder.co.

Using the prompts

The prompt library is free.
You can copy and use any prompt for your own projects, including your work and paid client work.
You can't copy, republish or sell the library, or large parts of it, as your own collection, and you can't use it to build a competing prompt library.

What AI tools produce

Our prompts are instructions you give to AI tools run by other companies, such as chatbots and image or video generators. We don't control those tools or what they produce. AI can be wrong, so check anything important before you rely on it, especially facts, figures, dates and code. You're responsible for how you use what the tools produce, and for following each tool's own terms.

Where we show an example answer, it's what the prompt produced when we tested it. Your results will be different.

Not professional advice

Prompts about health, fitness, money, law or similar topics are for general information only. They aren't medical, financial, legal or other professional advice. Speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.

Using AI Ladder fairly

Please don't use our prompts or website to break the law, to harm, mislead or harass anyone, to impersonate a real person, or to create content that infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to disrupt the website or access it in ways it wasn't designed for.

Affiliate links

Some links to AI tools are affiliate links: if you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our rankings and recommendations are based on our own judgement, and a company can't pay to change its position.

Our emails

When you sign up, you'll receive the library and our weekly email. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email address.

Our content

The website, its design, the AI Ladder name and logo, and the way the library is organised belong to AI Ladder LLC. The permission to use prompts above is the only licence we give.

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove prompts and features at any time, and we can't promise the website will always be available or free of errors. It is provided "as is".

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by third-party AI tools or by how you use what they produce. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if a change is important, we'll tell subscribers by email. Continuing to use AI Ladder after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any consumer protections you have where you live.
